The large rotary dial and its accompanying small button are placed in natural locations (the right side of the touch screen) to efficiently cater for the user’s navigational tasks. The touch screen showcases three square shaped playlist/song/album/podcast titles, and lets the user scroll horizontally to view more. The Car Thing takes voice commands and plays the requested song, playlist, album, genre, or podcast while the user is driving.
